Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist with electrical project requirements.
- Monitor project planning, execution, and closure.
- Manage permit applications and schedule inspections.
- Maintain project management files and document control.
- Track incoming and outgoing submittals.
- Assist in creating and monitoring field installation work packages.
- Attend project status meetings and support management as needed.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management or STEM with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with software-based estimating and project management systems.
- Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, and engineering principles.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
