Responsibilities
- Read and interpret diagrams and documentation; communicate with customers to understand objectives.
- Develop BOMs, IO lists, and requirements for control panels.
- Create PLC programs in various programming languages.
- Develop human-machine interfaces (HMI).
- Create hardware and software test plans; write simulation logic for testing PLC and HMI systems.
- Test installed systems for functionality and troubleshoot issues during startup.
- Train customers on the use of client-specific system integration software.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience in the AEC industry or similar field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Preferred: 4 years of experience in the AEC industry or similar field.
