Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, including assembly, machining, and fabrication operations.
- Analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for efficiency.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations.
- Develop and modify basic CNC programs for machining operations.
- Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and conduct process audits.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and provide training to operators.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of CAM/CNC programming principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
