Responsibilities
- Engineer electrical systems, including power distribution, emergency power, telecom, low voltage, PV/solar, and microgrids.
- Spearhead decarbonization and electrical infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Conduct load flow, short circuit, and arc flash studies using EasyPower, SKM, or ETAP.
- Perform peer reviews of third-party designs and develop electrical guidelines for clients.
- Ensure proper installation and operation of meters, generators, and lighting systems.
- Collaborate with internal clients on various projects.
- Shape the electrical engineering department from the ground up.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in electrical system design for commercial and industrial buildings.
- Washington and/or California PE License (Preferred).
- Proficiency in electrical analysis tools (SKM, EasyPower, ETAP).
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot charts and data analysis.
- Familiarity with PowerBI, SQL, DBA, and data analytics for the built environment (bonus skills).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
