Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans and procedures for satellite components and systems.
- Design and validate test fixtures and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) using CAD software.
- Conduct environmental test campaigns, including hands-on operations and test setup.
- Analyze test data to ensure hardware performance and identify anomalies.
- Implement continuous improvement in testing procedures and operations.
- Document test results and maintain communication with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Participate in technical reviews and program status meetings.
Job Requirements
- MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience, particularly in environmental test qualification.
- Proficiency in Solidworks CAD & FEA and data analysis skills.
- Proven hands-on experience with mechanical systems and test equipment.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with various test machines and interest in automation and prototyping.
