Responsibilities
- Conduct environmental and constructability diligence reviews for project sites.
- Coordinate with external design consultants for interconnection applications.
- Complete early-stage layouts for solar PV and storage projects using design tools.
- Generate single-line electrical diagrams for various projects.
- Generate performance analysis models using PVSyst.
- Complete electrical calculations for early-stage designs.
- Coordinate with internal teams on design requirements and scheduling.
Job Requirements
- Four-year engineering degree from an ABET-accredited university in relevant fields.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with solar PV design or relevant coursework.
- Operational knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Passion for learning and self-improvement.
