Responsibilities
- Assemble, test, and maintain electrical systems for robotic systems.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to build and install complex cable harnesses and wiring assemblies.
- Perform PCBA inspection, assembly, and surface mount rework.
- Disassemble and debug robotic systems.
- Review schematics and cable drawings to troubleshoot design problems.
- Document and write specifications for assembly and rework.
- Set up test equipment and evaluate the performance of electrical systems.
Job Requirements
- Associates degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology or relevant work experience.
- Five plus years of hands-on experience with electronics/electro-mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in an electronics lab.
- Good communication and collaborative skills.
- Proficiency with Windows; Linux experience is a plus.
- Ability to inspect designs for quality control and make recommendations.
- Basic knowledge of electronics is a plus.
