Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with PMI and legal standards, fostering a safety-first culture.
- Provide technical quality support for product and process improvements.
- Manage implementation of new products and maintain communication across departments.
- Oversee material management and coordinate approvals for new products and materials.
- Lead change management processes and perform risk assessments.
- Maintain quality management systems and ensure adherence to NC & CAPA processes.
- Handle complaint management and investigate quality deviations.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Biological sciences, Physical sciences, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in FMCG, production, or quality.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of quality systems and analytical tools.
- Attention to detail and root cause analysis expertise.
- Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
