Responsibilities
- Observe operations, collect data, and implement process improvements.
- Conduct Return on Investment (ROI) assessments for cost initiatives.
- Collaborate with product development and production teams for new product methods.
- Partner with Continuous Improvement team for sustainable process enhancements.
- Develop automation to increase safety and productivity.
- Analyze operational data to optimize workforce and equipment utilization.
- Recommend efficiency improvements and conduct workflow reorganizations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement and Lean Methods.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and relevant computer skills.
- Ability to implement changes without direct management responsibility.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
