Responsibilities
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot motors, motor controls, switch panels, PLC’s, HMI’s, hydraulic and pneumatic controls, and various electronic controls and systems.
- Modify electrical systems to correct functional deviations.
- Diagnose the root cause of electrical failures.
- Develop wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Perform periodic systems testing.
- Identify potential areas of process improvement.
- Collaborate with the engineering team in reviewing data to identify and assess equipment needs and/or efficiencies.
Job Requirements
- Actively working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automation and Controls Engineering, or any related engineering field.
- Ability to work under supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
