Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative consumer propositions.
- Qualify ingredients and validate formulations for new product launches.
- Partner with external vendors for formulation development and testing.
- Utilize data-driven design for product and process optimization.
- Apply technical governance processes from pre-feasibility to post-launch.
- Assess technical and business risks for new product development.
- Provide updates to R&D and cross-functional leadership.
Job Requirements
- M.Sc., Ph.D., or B.Sc. in Chemical, Food Processing, or Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience.
- Knowledge of ingredient functionality and formulation chemistry.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Innovative problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in Bar, Granola, and cold-forming technology preferred.
- Solid communication skills and ability to work in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 20-40%.
