Responsibilities
- Develop and execute primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials.
- Understand material recovery facilities and collection requirements.
- Stay informed about sustainability regulations in North America.
- Manage projects with timelines and cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain communication with internal and external teams.
- Communicate technical complexities to senior leadership.
- Create package development plans and manage project budgets.
Job Requirements
- Preferred BS in Packaging Science, Chemical, Mechanical, Plastics, or Materials Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in food/beverage packaging.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with excellent communication.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel domestically (15-25%).
- Innovative thinking and project management skills.
