Responsibilities
- Assist industrial and mechanical engineers
- Assemble equipment, document processes, and maintain quality control
- Perform tests to ensure quality control and troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain and organize inventory of production materials, tools, and accessories
- Keep tools and work areas clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned, including pre-sales and customer support
- Communicate ideas effectively within the team
Job Requirements
- Pursuing an engineering degree or recent graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on approach with comfort in prototyping and workshop work
- Basic understanding of materials, mechanisms, and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Solidworks & Fusion 360 preferred)
- Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and attention to detail
