Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to develop proposals, scopes, and fees.
- Manage planning and modeling, regulatory compliance, and permitting.
- Train/mentor staff on Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical building design requirements.
- Review project details to manage risk proactively.
- Evaluate observations and design systems for installation site resilience.
- Lead design teams in preparing plans, specifications, and bid/construction documents.
- Develop relationships with clients, staff, municipal authorities, vendors, and contractors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- Professional engineer registration (PE) in Texas or Oklahoma.
- Proficient in design software like Revit, AutoCAD, Visual Lighting, and SKM.
- Knowledge of civil engineering practices and industry trends.
- Understanding of project engineering methods and the ability to lead design projects.
- Effective communication skills with all employee levels.
- Strategic and effective delegation skills.
