Responsibilities
- Manage and complete projects assigned by Engineers and direct Supervisor.
- Participate in new product development and problem-solving teams.
- Work and communicate with product, quality, and manufacturing engineers.
- Provide support to product engineers and lab personnel with tasks including sample preparation and testing.
- Utilize computer software to generate engineering reports.
- Complete other associated duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Engage in continuous learning and skill development.
Job Requirements
- Actively pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering.
- Strong analytical, mechanical conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to quickly learn new computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
