Responsibilities
- Completes scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develops project timelines and milestones; performs scheduling and forecasting.
- Coordinates engineering work between operating divisions and general construction.
- Inspects and monitors the work of contractors for compliance with specifications.
- Makes engineering studies and analysis.
- Recommends and approves changes in construction drawings or specifications.
- Solves engineering construction problems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management OR 2 years of experience and supplemental education.
- Valid California Driver's License or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, extended hours, nights, weekends, and/or overtime.
- Experience in construction is desired.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or database management.
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certificate is preferred.
