Responsibilities
- Assess client and project information to create engineered design solutions.
- Produce prototype and manufacturing drawings, including detailed parts lists.
- Ensure adherence to assembly, safety guidelines, and customer interaction.
- Meet project deadlines and collaborate with production colleagues.
- Inspect prototypes and verify display construction at factories.
- Maintain project documentation according to company processes.
- Travel to suppliers or clients as necessary.
Job Requirements
- B.A. in Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in the POP design industry.
- Knowledge of designing for manufacturing displays in various materials.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Adobe CS.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
