Responsibilities
- Maintain a robotics lab and industrial robot work cells.
- Manage contract workers during surge assembly jobs.
- Participate in discussions with leadership on project/task progress.
- Attend regular project meetings.
- Manage workflows for process improvement.
- Maintain lab cleanliness and tool crib readiness.
- Provide critical feedback on designs and troubleshoot electrical issues.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience maintaining a lab or warehouse.
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
- Experience with PLC wiring and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in reading CAD drawings and assembly documentation.
- 5 years of experience with precision fabrication and assembly.
- 2 years of experience in reading electrical and mechanical schematics.
- 4 years minimum experience with industrial grade electrical wiring.
