Responsibilities
- Maintain and audit assembly processes for quality-related KPIs.
- Ensure quality of outgoing materials meets customer expectations.
- Lead investigations and corrective actions for nonconformance issues.
- Monitor service parts for compliance with customer specifications.
- Participate in PPAP activities to ensure timely validations.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and CSR through process monitoring.
- Communicate with customers regarding corrective actions and data requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3+ years of industry experience.
- Knowledge of IATF16949/CSR and ISO standards.
- Proficient in Blueprint Reading and CMM training preferred.
- Experience with Supplier Quality Management and calibration techniques.
- Familiarity with Gage R&R, MSA, APQP, and PPAP processes.
- Understanding of GD&T and SPC.
