Responsibilities
- Design AI hardware systems for data center deployments.
- Collaborate with hardware teams on board design and system integration.
- Lead electrical circuit design and work with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure manufacturability and support for deployed systems in data centers.
- Gather system requirements and execute hardware design and validation.
- Drive system development from concept to production.
- Conduct debug and root cause analysis for deployed systems.
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in hardware systems design for data centers.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of system design, including CPU/GPU/TPU hardware systems.
- Ability to work in ambiguous and rapidly changing conditions.
- Strong communication skills for sharing knowledge.
- Experience in mechanical and product design areas.
- Demonstrated bias toward action and problem-solving.
