Responsibilities
- Bring up new camera sensors and modules on prototype and production boards.
- Develop and maintain low-level camera software, including sensor drivers and integration across hardware revisions.
- Enable and validate core capture paths for development and production.
- Stand up camera control features for validation and debugging.
- Build and maintain camera bring-up tooling for debugging utilities.
- Partner with electrical engineering and systems teams to ensure camera stack stability.
Job Requirements
- Deep experience in embedded camera systems, including driver development and debugging.
- Strong C/C++ experience with embedded or Linux-based systems.
- Hands-on understanding of camera hardware interfaces and bring-up realities.
- Proven track record in building reliable capture paths and effective debug workflows.
- Preferred: Experience with mobile or embedded SoC camera stacks and vendor frameworks.
- Preferred: Familiarity with higher-level capture pipelines like GStreamer.
