Responsibilities
- Define or review process and characterization requirements for NPD teams.
- Drive Design For Test (DFT) for test coverage and quality.
- Develop Test Method Libraries and workflows for standardization.
- Audit test programs for compliance and coverage.
- Ensure controls meet ISO and AEC-Q100 standards.
- Apply lessons learned for continuous improvement in test quality.
- Establish and chair the Test Quality Committee for best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- >10 years of experience in Product or Test Engineering with ATE platforms.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor devices and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with automotive APQP and related methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with 8D problem solving and risk analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
