Responsibilities
- Contribute to new product architecture and implementation across various engineering disciplines.
- Coordinate development of test strategies with Systems Engineers and functional teams.
- Develop and maintain automated test systems for robotics hardware and software.
- Create detailed test plans, cases, and scripts for various testing types.
- Manage technical risks and resolve technical issues throughout projects.
- Maintain thorough documentation of test procedures and results.
- Prototype and test new hardware/software technologies for performance evaluation.
Job Requirements
- Master's Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in testing and/or deploying robotics or complex hardware/software systems.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
- Experience in script development and automated test infrastructure.
- Proficiency in C++, C#, Python or equivalent scripting languages.
- Familiarity with Robot Operating System (ROS) and experience in HIL development.
- Ability to travel occasionally for customer site work.
