Responsibilities
- Develop algorithms and methods for robotic manipulation and loco-manipulation.
- Integrate research methods into real-world robotic systems.
- Co-lead and contribute to multi-person research projects.
- Engage with the academic community through publications and conferences.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to apply research to products.
- Mentor interns and junior researchers.
- Debug and maintain complex robotics hardware and workflows.
Job Requirements
- PhD in Robotics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of research experience post-PhD; 5+ years preferred.
- Deep knowledge of robotics and AI theory and practice.
- Proven research excellence with publications in top conferences.
- Exceptional programming skills in Python; familiarity with C++ and CUDA is a plus.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and robotics frameworks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
