Responsibilities
- Develop validation test suites for high-speed IOs including Ethernet and InfiniBand.
- Perform deep characterization of mixed signal circuit blocks across various conditions.
- Lead and execute debugging of complex technical issues.
- Provide feedback on silicon performance and design quality.
- Develop and execute test scripts for optimizing system performance.
- Collaborate with multi-operational groups to enhance transceiver performance.
- Train new engineers in validation practices.
Job Requirements
- Master or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in measuring and debugging mixed-signal designs.
- Experience in silicon bring-up and lab instrumentation.
- Proficiency in Python, Git, Matlab, and JMP.
- Strong understanding of analog, digital, and mixed signal circuits.
- Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
