Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product design engineers to perform PCB layout for multiple business units.
- Focus on complete PCB development including floor planning and detailed component placement.
- Manage constraints related to topology and signal/trace integrity.
- Ensure designs comply with SI constraints, EMI/RFI control, and relevant regulations.
- Adapt to changing project needs while maintaining personal accountability.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
- Utilize knowledge of high-speed PCB design and Cadence PCB design tools.
Job Requirements
- B.S.E.E or Computer Sciences degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 5 years of industry experience.
- Experience in high-speed PCB design is a plus.
- Understanding of PCB layout, routing, and manufacturing constraints.
- Familiarity with High-Density Interconnect PCB layout and signal integrity.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Agility to adapt to evolving project needs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
