Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-speed electrical/optical interfaces and analog circuits.
- Define circuit requirements and complete design from schematic to characterization.
- Conduct schematic design using deep-submicron CMOS technologies.
- Lead architecture, transistor design, and verification using EDA tools.
- Optimize circuits to meet system performance specifications.
- Collaborate with layout engineers for detailed floorplan guidance.
- Support post-silicon bring-up and debugging.
Job Requirements
- Master of Science or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analog design background with CMOS Analog/RF/mmWave/Mixed Signal Circuit Design experience.
- Proficiency in design and verification tools (Cadence, Spectre, HSpice).
- Experience in crafting test bench environments for circuit verification.
- Skills in behavioral modeling of analog and digital circuits.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
