Responsibilities
- Partner with architecture, hardware, software, and product engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Drive test methodology and diagnostic requirements for L11 rack scale AI systems.
- Design and institutionalize processes for New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Assess platform features and address risk areas for smooth ramp-up to mass production.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of NVIDIA’s hardware and software architectures.
- Serve as the senior technical leader and systems-level voice for L11 across various teams.
- Engage with firmware, software, and diagnostic teams to align development plans with build requirements.
Job Requirements
- Strong leadership and technical savvy with experience in server platforms.
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing global teams.
- Expertise in system engineering and operational processes related to server platform development.
- Track record of delivering complex server platform solutions to global customers.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
