Responsibilities
- Partner with architecture, hardware, software, and product engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Drive test methodology and diagnostic requirements for L11 rack scale AI systems.
- Design and implement processes for New Product Introduction.
- Assess platform features and proactively address risk areas for smooth production ramp-up.
- Cultivate understanding of NVIDIA’s hardware and software architectures.
- Act as a senior technical leader and systems-level voice across teams.
- Engage with firmware, software, and diagnostic teams to align development plans.
Job Requirements
- Strong leadership and server expertise with executive-level communication skills.
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing global teams.
- Expertise in system engineering and operational processes for server platform development.
- Track record of delivering complex server platforms to global data center customers.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience aligning development plans with product needs in an agile environment.
