Responsibilities
- Derive and manage system level requirements for an autonomous vehicle platform.
- Contribute to the development of the Nuro Driver functional architecture.
- Support the overall safety case and safety analysis of the product.
- Develop test case specifications for safety and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with Controls, Embedded SW, and other teams for technical guidance.
- Coordinate with Vehicle Test teams for validation activities.
- Lead safety work products for motion control and fault management systems.
Job Requirements
- Deep understanding of vehicle systems and verification/validation planning.
- 3+ years of experience in designing vehicle subsystems.
- 3+ years of experience with vehicle control systems or embedded software.
- Experience with HIL environments and on-road testing.
- Hands-on experience in automotive functional safety (ISO 26262).
- Proficiency in reading C++ code and writing in Python.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
