Responsibilities
- Install and modify electrical machinery, equipment, and circuitry.
- Diagnose electrical or mechanical machine malfunctions.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- Document and communicate actions and irregularities within work teams.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience as an industrial electrician or completion of an accredited program.
- Experience with equipment maintenance and technical understanding.
- Familiarity with blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.
- Preferred 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong adherence to safety policies and practices.
