Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems and machinery.
- Work with AC/DC overhead cranes, motors, PLCs, and distribution systems.
- Analyze breakdowns to determine repair actions during downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Maintain production and auxiliary equipment to high standards.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold safety practices.
Job Requirements
- 4-year electrical engineering degree preferred.
- Experience with Siemens specific PLC & HMI (WinCC) programming.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (IO link, Profinet, Modbus, OPC).
- Experience with AC/DC overhead cranes.
- Knowledge of industrial reheat furnace operations.
- Previous experience in industrial metal manufacturing is desirable.
- Ability to lead and uphold safety policies and practices.
