Responsibilities
- Prepare specifications for purchased components and systems.
- Prepare design proposals for new equipment and modifications.
- Collaborate with drafters, designers, and other engineers.
- Assist production in resolving manufacturing process problems.
- Prepare engineering design documentation and procedures.
- Maintain liaison with individuals and units on technical matters.
- Follow departmental and corporate policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum.
- Working knowledge of Coiled Tubing Pressure Control Equipment.
- Strong computer skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Minimum of one year experience in design and development of oil and gas service equipment preferred.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or comparable CAD system.
- Knowledge of standard manufacturing processes and practices.
