Responsibilities
- Perform static, dynamic, and DaDT structural analyses.
- Ensure designs meet program requirements for weight, cost, and quality.
- Derive non-flight applied loads and perform weight and stiffness optimization.
- Collaborate in a team environment to prioritize tasks.
- Analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
- Utilize software tools such as FEMAP, NX, and Teamcenter.
- Contribute to project results while managing multiple responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 2 years of aerospace structural analysis experience or Master's degree with no experience.
- For Principal Engineer: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government Secret clearance.
- Preferred experience in airframe, crew systems, subsystems, and structural integrity.
- Active DoD Secret clearance is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team collaboration and task prioritization abilities.
