Responsibilities
- Perform static, dynamic, and DaDT structural analyses of metallic and composite airframe structures.
- Ensure designs meet program requirements and are optimized for weight, cost, and quality.
- Derive non-flight applied loads and distribute internal loads.
- Utilize tools such as FEMAP, NX, and Teamcenter for analysis and optimization.
- Collaborate in a team environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
- Maintain government clearance and program access as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline.
- Minimum 2 years (level 2) or 5 years (level 3) of experience in aerospace structural analysis.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government Secret clearance.
- Preferred experience in airframe, crew systems, and structural integrity analysis.
- Active, in-scope DoD Secret clearance is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for structural analysis.
