Responsibilities
- Lead engine performance and cycle analysis.
- Oversee subsonic and supersonic inlet and exhaust design and integration.
- Perform project planning and develop execution plans.
- Manage relationships with external engine suppliers.
- Define system requirements and report on program status.
- Develop materials for program-related briefings.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical peer reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 12 years of experience, or a Master's with 10 years, or a PhD with 8 years.
- Knowledge of air-breathing propulsion systems.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
- Experience in technical leadership and hypersonic design.
- Familiarity with Agile design teams and MBSE tools.
- Current active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret clearance preferred.
