Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical leadership on system requirements and performance verification.
- Support various stages of the aircraft system life cycle activities.
- Create analysis products for system fielding and testing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for robust and maintainable configurations.
- Attend technical meetings and provide progress updates.
- Demonstrate technical understanding in RF spectrum operations.
- Present technical approaches and findings clearly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 14 years of experience, or a Master’s with 12 years, or a Ph.D. with 9 years.
- Ability to maintain a Secret clearance.
- Experience in RF/EW systems and technical leadership.
- Proficiency in Matlab, Python, and/or C/C++ for model development.
- Knowledge of RF, ES, and/or EA applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across multiple campuses.
