Responsibilities
- Install mechanical PDPs including sensors and associated support structures.
- Oversee equipment installations of system architectural elements.
- Lead design execution across multiple projects in a fast-paced engineering environment.
- Design secondary structures and aircraft details using various materials.
- Provide technical feedback, host design reviews, and perform tech lead reviews.
- Employ GD&T and MBE methods for engineering definitions.
- Collaborate within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 12 years of experience, or a Master’s with 10 years, or a PhD with 8 years of experience.
- Ability to maintain a Secret clearance.
- Familiarity with air vehicle equipment installations and design processes.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and electrical design software.
- Understanding of GD&T and MBE methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and develop solutions with minimal direction.
