Responsibilities
- Oversee technical activities across multiple contracts within the SiAW Program.
- Maintain cognizance over requirements development, design, integration, and verification/validation activities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering staff.
- Chair technical meetings such as requirements and design reviews.
- Support program reviews and assist in resolving engineering challenges.
- Ensure compliance with engineering processes and quality standards.
- Act as customer interface for all technical matters related to SiAW Program activity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM-related discipline with 16 years of experience.
- Demonstrated technical leadership skills and sound technical judgment.
- Experience leading design, production, and integration of complex systems.
- Background in aerospace systems and knowledge of missile systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have an active DoD Secret clearance.
- Preferred experience in Air Launched Weapon/Missile Systems Development.
