Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a cross-functional and cross-discipline team.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 8 years of related engineering experience; or a Master's degree with 6 years; or a PhD with 3 years.
- Experience in air vehicle design or analysis.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Preferred experience in supplier management and leading diverse teams.
- Demonstrated technical troubleshooting skills.
