Responsibilities
- Perform reliability and maintainability allocations and predictions for missile systems.
- Develop and analyze Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).
- Support Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS).
- Conduct Failure Analysis and Risk Assessment.
- Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and customers on reliability, maintainability, and testability aspects.
- Support BIT Design Verification Testing and Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT).
- Develop trustworthy customer relationships through effective communication and technical insight.
Job Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related STEM discipline with relevant experience.
- Familiarity with reliability and maintainability disciplines and associated military standards.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Innovative mindset focused on process improvement.
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret DoD Security Clearance.
- Experience with hands-on RMT analysis and modeling skills.
- Knowledge of reliability techniques and experience with reliability analysis software.
