• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Evaluate existing processes to reduce costs and improve sustainability.
• Optimize production area layouts and manage bills of materials.

• Assist with final acceptance testing and provide technical support.
• Potentially support multiple production shifts based on schedules.

• Bachelor's degree in a related STEM discipline with 5 years of experience, or a Master's with 3 years.
• Experience with mechanical assembly, welding, and machining.
• Proficient in root cause problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Skills in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with technical writing and managing processing documentation.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• US Citizenship required.
