Responsibilities
- Design and manufacture electrical wiring interconnection systems (EWIS) using ECAD software tools.
- Define engineering ECAD tools requirements.
- Support development and adoption of digital transformation tools and initiatives.
- Conduct validation testing of ECAD/PLM tool functionality.
- Create training and best practice documentation.
- Provide subject matter expert (SME) user support.
- Develop/update sector processes for ECAD/PLM.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 9 years of experience, or Master’s degree and 7 years of experience in design, analysis, or engineering tools development.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Experience working with Siemens/Mentor Graphics Capital Harness or equivalent.
- Experience in an aerospace design environment.
- Active DoD Secret clearance preferred.
- Background in design, analysis, and engineering tools development.
- Strong self-motivation and goal orientation.
