The Missile Production Program Manager 2 role involves leading and managing the production of the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile-Extended Range, overseeing various phases of production contract execution, and ensuring program objectives are met.

• Lead and direct cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT).
• Manage DoD customer relationships and measure program performance.
• Develop and present executive level briefings.
• Participate in contract negotiations and budget management.
• Identify and manage program resources and workforce planning.
• Conduct risk and opportunity management practices.
• Support proposal preparation processes as required.

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years or Master’s degree with 6 years of program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in aerospace/defense.
• Proficiency in project management tools like EVMS and IMS.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government DoD Secret security clearance.
• Preferred: Degree in science, engineering, or business, PMP® certification, experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
