Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on design concepts for optimal manufacturing techniques.
- Participate in tool design reviews to enhance feasibility and reduce costs.
- Define sequences of operations for product builds.
- Investigate and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.
- Identify opportunities for producibility and affordability improvements.
- Offer technical solutions to complex manufacturing problems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to present product improvement proposals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of experience or Master’s Degree with 0 years (for Manufacturing Engineer).
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of experience or Master’s Degree with 3 years (for Principal Manufacturing Engineer).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Active DOD Secret security clearance.
- Ability to obtain/maintain Special Access Program clearance.
- Preferred experience in CAD software and GD&T.
- Strong communication skills for presenting improvements to engineering teams.
