Responsibilities
- Lead execution of contract scope, managing cost, schedule, and risk.
- Coordinate with multiple functions to develop international teaming agreements and product support plans.
- Convert customer requests into executable requirements and action plans.
- Establish and execute milestones tied to master plans and schedules.
- Identify program problems and obtain solutions.
- Manage suppliers and major subcontractors on sustainment programs.
- Lead cross-functional teams and engage with senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of related experience or a master’s degree with 8 years of experience.
- Experience in project management, program management, engineering, or business management.
- Prior management experience with programs valued at $25M or more.
- Experience with fleet modernization, training, and field support services.
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and international customers.
- Preferred: Master's Degree in a technical discipline and current Secret Clearance.
- Strong communication skills for engaging at the senior management level.
