Responsibilities
- Establish Space Systems tools for program execution
- Perform hands-on electrical testing at a systems level
- Develop and maintain procedures for assembly and testing of launch vehicle systems
- Incorporate hardware and/or software design changes
- Document and disposition hardware discrepancies, pursuing root cause and corrective actions
- Plan and schedule day-to-day tasks
- Communicate constantly and effectively with team members
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5 years of experience, or a Master’s with 3 years
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport for travel
- Capability to obtain a DoD Secret Level security clearance
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Experience with hands-on electrical testing and diagnostics
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with aerospace standards/guidelines is preferred
