Responsibilities
- Establish Space Systems tools for program execution.
- Perform hands-on electrical testing at a systems level.
- Develop and maintain procedures for the assembly and testing of launch vehicle systems.
- Incorporate hardware and/or software design changes.
- Document and disposition hardware discrepancies, pursuing root cause and corrective actions.
- Plan and schedule day-to-day tasks.
- Communicate constantly and timely with team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with at least 5 years of experience (or 3 years with a Master’s degree).
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport for travel.
- Active DoD Secret Level security clearance at the time of application.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead digital transformation efforts.
- Effective communication skills and experience in a team environment.
- Hands-on electrical testing and diagnostic experience.
- Experience with aerospace standards and operational hazards is preferred.
