Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the Electronic Warfare System hardware and integration.
- Collaborate with the supplier management team and hardware suppliers.
- Demonstrate technical understanding of RF spectrum operations.
- Collaborate on system requirements generation, subsystem design, and performance verification.
- Support various stages of the aircraft system life cycle, including design studies and analysis.
- Assist with hardware integration, airworthiness activities, and system testing.
- Participate in technical exchange meetings and program milestone reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 2 years of experience, or a Master's with 0 years, or a Ph.D. with 0 years for Junior level; 5 years for Senior level with a Bachelor's, 3 years with a Master's, or 0 years with a Ph.D.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Knowledge of Electronic Warfare and Electromagnetic principles.
- Understanding of fundamental RF principles.
- Preferred background in RADAR and Systems Engineering.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in mentorship and personnel development.
