Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary E&S point of contact for Business Unit leadership.
- Ensure rigorous planning, earned value reporting, and issue resolution for engineering execution.
- Collaborate with program office and engineering teams on resource allocation.
- Drive technical issues to resolution through coaching and leadership.
- Lead strategic actions to enhance engineering business operations.
- Develop technical leaders to ensure business success.
- Collaborate with functional partners to address complex issues timely.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM with 12 years of experience; Master's with 10 years; PhD with 8 years.
- 8 years of experience in defense or aerospace industries.
- 5 years of experience managing technical teams across multiple locations.
- Proven experience in the capture phase of program lifecycle.
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
- Knowledge of engineering processes and tailoring.
- Preferred: Advanced degrees and experience with navigation systems engineering.
