Responsibilities
- Synthesize customer needs into system test solutions.
- Lead and develop an understanding of assigned subsystems for system verification.
- Collaborate with various disciplines to refine requirements and test methodologies.
- Troubleshoot HW/SW configuration issues to resolve functionality problems.
- Generate test products and automated test scripts for system testing.
- Adhere to processes for assembly integration and test of space vehicles.
- Support multiple shifts, weekends, and offsite travel as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in STEM discipline with relevant engineering experience.
- Experience with Integration and Test campaigns.
- Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
- Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret security clearance.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing and spacecraft production processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills.
- Basic programming skills in Python, C, Matlab, or Excel.
